KNX Home Automation in Altea Hills
In this Altea residence, we have developed a KNX home automation project designed to ensure that comfort and efficiency become a natural part of daily life. The homeowners were seeking a modern, intuitive, and fully connected home, without the need for technical complications or invasive building works.
The system we installed centralises all essential home functions via elegant touchscreens and a mobile app, allowing control over lighting, climate, blinds, access points, and even the IP video intercom. Everything is unified for effortless management, whether from within the property or remotely.

The result is a space where everything is designed to make life easier for its inhabitants: upon arrival, the home adapts instantly; when leaving, ‘energy-saving mode’ is activated and the blinds descend automatically. In the bathrooms, lighting and temperature are regulated automatically, while in the communal areas, the ambience always complements the time of day.
This project reflects how technology and architectural design can coexist naturally. The state-of-the-art KNX system offers absolute control from anywhere, while the aesthetic integration of the devices maintains the property’s minimalist style.
